Ron Jacobson, LTCP has been an insurance agent since 1982. He began his insurance career as a multi-line agent with The Prudential Insurance Company of America. He was  awarded Rookie of the Year. In 1986, Ron started Medi-Health, an agency representing the major carriers for senior healthcare protection; Medicare Supplements, long term care, and home health care protections. In 2003, Ron was awarded the designation, Long-Term Care Professional (LTCP), from the Health Insurance Association of America. 

In 1995, Ron expanded Medi-Health services to include a full line of health insurance products for individuals, families, and small employer groups. Keeping up with all of the new regulations in the Affordable Care Act (also known as ObamaCare) is daunting, but he feels it is his duty to relay these changes to his clients to maintain compliance with the Federal regulations, and that his clients have a right to know and understand the current changes in the health care industry. He is an authorized Insurance Broker for the Maryland Health Connection and the D.C. Healthlink and prides himself in providing his clients with current information to make an informed choice.
